To Whom it May Concern:

I am writing to let you know about my concern about the condition of canals in Oakdale.  Because of the lack of dredging, the mosquito problem in this area is so bad that you cannot use your yard for family fun all summer.  Because of the lack of water flow, we have a mosquito problem that is being "fixed" with spraying.  I do not like the use of chemicals.  This does cause problems for health of humans and animals alike.

Please use the funds available to dredge the canals to increase water flow, reduce mosquitoes, increase wildlife, and reduce flooding.
