To Whom This May Concern:

I am writing to voice my concern about the dredging of the Grand Canal.  I would like it to be known that my family and I are in support of this dredging.  If the dredging is carried out, the result will be clearer water, more marine life, more neighboring wildlife, better operation of mosquito ditches, reduced algae growth, reduced property flooding, navigational improvement and many other benefits.  It would also reduce the need for insecticide spraying.

The benefits are so great that I do not know why the project would not be completed.
